Personal Attention

From design and estimating, to the last piece of trim going up, we prioritize customer satisfaction. We schedule only one project at a time, so you never compete with other customers. Our crew is made up of experienced, trustworthy carpenters. We have never advertized, and rely solely on happy customers to spread the word about their positive experiences. Serena works closely with customers to design a project that will fit their needs and budget. Throughout the project, respectful communication is key. Having work done on your home is often emotionally draining, and logistically difficult. We try to address any concerns immediately and responsibly, and keep the contractor-homeowner relationship on good ground. 

The Team: 

Serena Torrey, Owner/builder

Serena has been doing carpentry since 1995. She started this business, Torrey Renewal, in 2004. Serena is responsible for designing and estimating jobs, and for project management, including time-line, budget, construction details, and customer interface. She enjoys the freedom of running her own business, the opportunity to do construction work with integrity, and the satisfaction of seeing dreams become reality. Since becoming a mother, Serena generally works partial days, participating in aspects of construction along with management duties. You may see her sons Finnegan and Julien too, joining in the family business!

 Eric, Craftsman

Eric has worked with Torrey Renewal since 2007. He has been a carpenter since 2001.

Gabriel, Craftsman

Gabriel has worked with Torrey Renewal since 2006. He has been a carpenter since 1998.
